Fitness Insanity!



I am sure most of you have heard about the hardcore fitness program designed by Shaun T. called insanity. This program is accurately named! This program is designed to workout 6 days a week for two months.There are 10 DVDs that you alternate on a schedule.




"The INSANITY Challenge Pack includes 10 insane workouts that incorporate plyometric drills and intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No weights or equipment, just long bursts of maximum intensity and short periods of rest that challenge your body to be its most efficient ever".
I must say that this program is ridiculous! I am currently in my second round, but let me tell you the first time I ever did insanity I actually thew up (tmi). So why am I even bringing this up?! Even of you give your 100% for just 10 minutes, you will see results!!! I have never felt more strong and fit, not even when I played college sports or worked as a personal trainer.
If anyone is willing to give it a try, let me know, or if you have tried it before but fell off, I will be your encouragement buddy. I sure could use it too! Set realistic goals for yourself! Try 2 days a week for a short set time and increase from there. After a week you'll feel great. The best part is, no equipment required, and only a small space is needed.
